At Renshu Medical, we currently operate on an ​appointment-only basis. To ensure you can see your preferred doctor, please book in advance by calling our ​400 customer service hotline or adding our WeChat assistant via the official ​"Renshu Medical"** WeChat public account.
If you arrive without an appointment, we will do our best to assist you, but please note that ​waiting may be required.

If this is your first visit to Renshu Medical, please bring your ID card or passport, and insurance card (if applicable) or medical insurance card (if applicable). We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Our staff will conduct a brief medical history interview and create a personalized medical record for you.

Renshu Medical offers diverse payment options for clients and has partnered with multiple renowned domestic and international insurance companies to provide direct billing services. Some branches are connected to provincial and municipal healthcare insurance systems, enabling payments through public insurance, private insurance, or out-of-pocket methods. With these flexible payment solutions, you can enjoy hassle-free and secure transactions!

Currently, Renshu Medical's Hangzhou 501 Branch and Shenzhen Futian Branch are connected to the health insurance system. Patients enrolled in Hangzhou or Shenzhen health insurance can use their insurance cards to cover partial expenses. The portion covered by insurance will be settled at the insured rate, while any remaining balance beyond the insured amount must be paid out-of-pocket.
Services not covered by health insurance cannot be reimbursed through insurance at Renshu. Additionally, patients must choose between ​commercial insurance direct billing and ​health insurance—these two payment methods cannot be combined.
