TreeENT Health Nurses' Day & SGS Qualicert International Service Quality Certifi

The 2021 TreeENT Health Nurses Day celebration was held

With awards and appointments given to outstanding nurses of the year and newly promoted nursing staff

On the same day, TreeENT Health officially launched its SGS Qualicert International Service Quality Certification process. Ms. Huang Shujuan, a senior hospital management consultant and SGS Qualicert certification instructor, was specially invited to conduct training and guidance.

SGS Qualicert International Service Quality Certification

Founded in Switzerland in 1878, SGS Group operates over 40 branches in China and is currently the largest inspection, testing and certification company in the country. Established in 1944, Qualicert service certification was approved by China's National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) on June 20, 2016.

The first training session focused on ​**"Building a Premium Service System"**, where Ms. Huang detailed the significance, objectives and core components of SGS service quality certification. The SGS Qualicert certification comprises five key elements:

Environmental management

Service procedures

Service attitude

Satisfaction feedback

Service commitments

Over the coming months, Ms. Huang will guide Hangzhou TreeENT Clinic and its Day Surgery Center in establishing and optimizing multiple operational processes, including:

Service promotion committee

Outpatient treatment workflows

Anesthesia and operating room procedures

Environmental safety protocols

Service commitment measures
